📋 Description

• Spearhead the direction for recruiting and hiring to ensure a positive experience for candidates
• Drive productivity of recruiters and ensure 100% fill rate and on-time hiring for all requirements.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right candidate
• Support the team by ensuring 100% compliance for background checks and other pre-employment
• Collaborate with service delivery, procurement, HR, and vendors on hiring initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years recruitment leadership experience.
• At least 5 years volume recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Proficiency to manage time and track multiple schedules and initiatives.
• Ability to develop trust and professional rapport; team-player attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear and professional.
