📋 Description

• Own the recruiting technology stack: Manage recruiting tools end to end, including Greenhouse
• Lead vendor evaluations, renewals, and negotiations by reviewing historical usage, forecasting
• Configure and optimize recruiting systems to improve usability, encourage adoption, streamline
• Drive automation and AI adoption: Identify repetitive manual tasks and replace them with efficient
• Build and improve workflows in Greenhouse and GoodTime to reduce handoffs, errors, and turnaround
• Monitor developments in recruiting technology and AI, testing and implementing tools that deliver

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, recruiting systems, or
• Previous experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong hands-on ATS expertise, preferably as a Greenhouse administrator with experience configuring
• Demonstrated interest in technology and automation, with practical experience using integrations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities such
• Experience building dashboards using business intelligence or reporting tools; SQL knowledge is an

• Base salary: $114,500–$171,500 USD.
