Manager Tax

📋 Description

• Manage the international tax accounting function, including quarterly and year-end worldwide
• Lead Pillar Two top-up tax and GloBE income calculations and related activities.
• Apply advanced income tax accounting expertise to areas such as purchase accounting, valuation
• Coordinate with Treasury, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and external service providers to ensure tax
• Oversee preparation of international statutory tax provisions and related reporting activities.
• Monitor tax regulations, accounting pronouncements, and changes in tax law, assessing their

🎯 Requirements

• CPA certification and/or a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) or equivalent advanced tax
• At least 6 years of corporate tax experience gained in Big Four public accounting and/or an
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 740, as well as applicable SEC requirements.
• Extensive experience managing international income tax provisions and related accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of complex income tax accounting, including deferred taxes, uncertain tax
• Experience with Pillar Two, GloBE calculations, or other international tax developments is highly
