Manager, Tax Information Reporting and Withholding Advisory

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of key information reporting and withholding workstreams, including
• Translate tax laws, regulations, and internal policy positions into clear business requirements
• Review product and process changes to identify tax impacts, define data capture needs, and ensure
• Partner with Tax, Product, Engineering, Operations, CX, and Finance to implement scalable processes
• Lead the design and execution of user acceptance testing for tax-related features, workflows, and
• Support tax audits, notices, and regulatory inquiries through timely data gathering

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information reporting and withholding within a bank, broker-dealer
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. information reporting and withholding regimes (Forms 1099, 1042-S
• Proven ability to draft business requirements, translate tax rules into implementable logic, and
• Advisory experience from a law firm, Big 4, accounting firm, or in-house tax function, with the
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
