Manager, Tax Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Manage US property tax compliance cycle across expanding sites
• Maintain tax fixed asset data and reconcile to NetSuite
• Prepare quarterly property tax forecasts
• Manage property tax audits and assessment appeals
• Serve as day-to-day contact for outside property tax advisors
• Support Supply Chain and Construction on tax consequences

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years progressive tax experience, capital-intensive businesses
• Hands-on US property tax compliance experience
• Experience with tax fixed asset registers
• Knowledge of federal tax depreciation (MACRS, bonus)
• Sales and use tax on capital equipment experience
• ERP and fixed asset systems proficiency (NetSuite, SAP)
