Manager, Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Research and prepare technical accounting memos documenting the Company’s technical accounting
• Support the presentation and resolution of the Company’s positions on critical accounting issues
• Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements applicable to the Company; partner with
• Key contributor throughout the M&A process, supporting pre-letter of intent review, financial
• Develop and apply deep technical knowledge in areas such as business combinations, investment
• Draft and review SEC disclosures on relevant technical accounting topics

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience of minimum 6 years, including Big Four public accounting experience and/or
• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and active CPA license is required
• Manager role in a Big Four public accounting firm and/or technical accounting role at a public
• Positive, service-oriented attitude, highly motivated to learn and to make an impact within the
• Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members; prior team leadership
• Strong technical accounting background with a knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and
