Manager, Technical Accounting and Reporting

📋 Description

• Own financial reporting preparation, including the statement of cash flows, during monthly and
• Own accounting for equity and other compensation awards, partnering with Equity Administration to
• Lead the resolution of complex technical accounting matters and ensure conclusions are translated
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for external auditors, coordinating PBC requests, preparing
• Act as a subject matter expert on complex U.S. GAAP topics, including classification, measurement
• Maintain accounting policies and technical memorandums while monitoring emerging accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience, with an active CPA license
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, accounting advisory, corporate
• Broad knowledge of revenue, leases, stock-based compensation, capitalized internal-use software
• Experience with equity accounting, capitalization tables, and equity rollforwards.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, close management tools such as FloQast or
• Proven ability to draft and review audit-ready technical accounting memorandums, apply conclusions
