Manager, Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Research, interpret, and document accounting positions under US GAAP, including revenue
• Develop, maintain, and refine accounting policies to support consistent application of standards
• Prepare and review supporting documentation and journal entry calculations for complex accounting
• Lead the implementation of new accounting standards, from initial research and impact assessments
• Oversee technical accounting for equity-related matters, including reviewing grant setup in Equity
• Prepare the statement of stockholders’ equity, statement of cash flows, and footnotes for complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience, including substantial exposure to technical
• An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Experience in public accounting is required or strongly expected, with Big Four experience
• Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with the ability to
