Manager – Technical & Integration Lead (Workday Financials)

📋 Description

• Lead and participate in discovery workshops with client project teams, technology leaders, and
• Define integration strategies and develop technical architecture diagrams, system context diagrams
• Own technical delivery plans and oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and
• Design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect
• Design scalable data pipelines for ingesting and distributing high-volume operational and
• Develop integration solutions connecting Workday with treasury management systems, investment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical Workday implementation experience, including leadership of technical
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services
• Strong capabilities in XSLT, XML, APIs, error handling, reconciliation, data transformation, and
• Proven experience creating technical architecture diagrams, integration specifications, interface
• Familiarity with integrating Workday with financial services platforms such as investment
• Active Workday certifications in Creating and Securing Integrations, Workday Studio, and Workday
