📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing UI team.
• Lead architecture and design discussions; drive product direction.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical leadership for the UI and API Gateway.
• Collaborate across orgs for a shared roadmap and delivery.
• Refine processes to enable smooth UI delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building web UIs and 5+ years in tech leadership.
• Hands-on UI work with Angular, React, or similar.
• Proven cross-team collaboration to deliver UI apps.
• Node.js and Express experience; NestJS a plus.
• Secure web development practices; cloud security a plus.
• BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS preferred.
