📋 Description

• Own infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Architect and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Define and maintain monitoring: logging, metrics, and alerting.
• Set service levels and lead incident response.
• Own deployment pipelines and automation.
• Manage a team of 4-6 engineers and collaborate with Eng/Product.

• Experience as both an engineer and a people manager.
• Hands-on DevOps or platform engineering at production scale.
• Experience owning reliability in production: on-call and incident response.
• 3+ years managing engineers directly, with hiring ownership.
