📋 Description

• Own and operate the Infrastructure Service Request intake and prioritization process within JIRA
• Oversee triage, prioritization, scheduling, and communication of all infrastructure-related work
• Coordinate and execute maintenance windows (patching, security updates, operational upgrades) with
• Serve as escalation point for major incidents as part of on-call rotation
• Lead post-mortems and implement improvements toward 99.99% uptime
• Manage a team of Cloud Platform Engineers (hiring, coaching, performance management, career

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Site
• Experience managing technical work intake processes and backlogs using JIRA or similar tools
• Experience coordinating maintenance windows, patch cycles, or operational readiness activities
• Strong understanding of change-management frameworks and operational governance best practices
• Excellent communication skills with senior technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities for assessing technical risk, complexity, and business impact
