• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical operations professionals through performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical operations, programming, software development, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and developing employees.
• Proven ability to lead teams delivering high‑volume projects and operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts, system design, maintenance, and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing technical projects, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives.
