Manager, Technical Product - ERP

📋 Description

• Product Owner for Epicor ERP; manage lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Own ERP roadmap; align with ERP Steering Committee.
• Ensure data interchange; participate in Architecture Review Board.
• Plan and write specifications for ERP and software development.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, interfaces for on-prem Epicor Kinetic.
• Ensure ERP security, architecture, and compliance (ITGC, SOX docs).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years with Epicor ERP; management and technical implementations.
• Expertise in SQL databases, reporting tools, customization techniques, and system integrations for Epicor ERP.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable automation and manufacturing workflow tools with Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
