📋 Description

• Set the strategy, operating cadence, and execution standards for the Hardware TPM function.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning electrical, mechanical, RF, camera, compliance
• Establish integrated program plans, milestones, phase gates, risk management processes, and
• Manage Compliance as well as Sustaining TPMs in addition to New Product Development.
• Drive timely decisions on scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and technical trade-offs across
• Identify opportunities to improve hardware development processes, tools, and operating mechanisms

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hardware product development, technical program management, or a related
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing technical program managers or engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex connected-device or embedded hardware products from
• Deep understanding of hardware product development lifecycles, including design, validation
• Experience managing programs across multiple engineering teams, sites, vendors, and manufacturing
• Strong ability to use structured planning, metrics, risk management, and clear communication to
