Manager, Technical Program Management (Cyber Security)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a Security/IT TPM team (hiring, coaching)
• Own Cyber Security and IT program portfolio across the org
• Set intake, prioritization, resourcing, and reporting rhythms
• Partner with Security/IT leadership to translate strategy into roadmap
• Represent portfolio status, risks, and trade-offs to executives
• Build and standardize playbooks, templates, and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in PM/consulting at tech firms; 2+ years leading people; cyber/IT programs required
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing delivery teams
• Deep expertise in end-to-end program mgmt at portfolio scale
• Strong technical aptitude; understand architectures and design trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication to execs and stakeholders
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, PCI-DSS, HITRUST) desirable
