Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Review and approve sales contracts before execution to ensure compliance with ASC 606, identify
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product Management, Business Systems and GL
• Develop and maintain revenue policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent accounting
• Thoroughly review and document executed sales contracts from a technical revenue perspective and
• Prepare position papers when necessary to clearly communicate new policies or address complex
• Assist in the creation and execution of SOX internal controls over our revenue accounting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required (or equivalent international certification).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience
• Strong expertise in ASC 606, revenue recognition principles and US GAAP.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS or software industries.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex contracts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
