🎯 Requirements

Minimum of five years’ experience running a technical support team, incl. coordinating escalations
Strong people management with focus on customer experience and technical excellence.
Ability to rapidly adopt new technologies and deploy them in a team environment.
Calm under pressure, real-time problem solving, and strong diagnostic skills.
Lead-by-example with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer business drivers and act as a customer advocate.
