📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Technical Solutions Managers.
• Oversee ads signals enablement; manage pixel and conversions API integrations.
• Drive cross-functional, strategic technical initiatives.
• Remove technical obstacles with Sales, Product, Engineering to grow revenue.
• Lead advanced diagnostics to troubleshoot client tech challenges and SLAs.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to inform product and GTM strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical support or similar.
• 3+ years in people management leading technical ICs.
• Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems; direct experience with pixel and conversions API.
• Experience with AI tools, ML workflows, or AI-driven solutions to optimize troubleshooting or scale operations.
• Adept at technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and using debugging/diagnostic tools.
• BA/BS degree.
