📋 Description

• Lead the Technical Solutions Management (TSM) function for CoreWeave.
• Manage strategic customer technical relationships and requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering.
• Engage customers to understand workloads and future requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
• 15+ years in software, systems, hardware, or PM roles.
• 7+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, HPC.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple teams on long-running projects.
• Travel up to 30% annually; strong verbal and written communication.
