📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of training initiatives
• Design virtual and in-person training with clinical and commercial focus
• Onboard new teammates; coach and support performance
• Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
• Create education programs for providers on tech adoption
• Partner with marketing for key opinion leader initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals and running education programs
• Strong ability to communicate scientific concepts
• Experience designing or facilitating sales training and professional development
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
