Manager, Training - Global Security

📋 Description

• Manage execution of the global security training program and ensure compliance with established
• Manage the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of security
• Partner with stakeholders to translate role-based competency requirements into training curricula
• Assess training needs and implement scalable learning solutions that support established training
• Develop and maintain role-based training plans, onboarding pathways, recurring training
• Oversee training coordination, scheduling, tracking, reporting and governance routines to monitor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Security
• Minimum 8 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and improving training programs in a complex
• Proven ability to assess training needs, develop curricula, define learning objectives, apply
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, executive communication, influencing, and
• Experience working with adult learning principles and diverse learning approaches.
