Manager, Transaction Management

📋 Description

• Support transactions (acquisitions, dispositions and debt capital markets) due diligence and
• Lead due diligence on assigned acquisitions and dispositions for AIR
• Manage and assist in reviewing property documents and coordination of due diligence tours and
• Serve as lead point of contact with sellers to coordinate new acquisition activity
• Communicate with Blackstone's transaction team and AIR team (Debt Capital Markets, Investments
• Assist in closing activities, working closely with Outside Counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant real estate experience (asset management, operations, transactions)
• Passion for real estate and investing
• Experience in multi-family real estate and transactions preferred
• Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional and academic settings
• Experience in managing others
