📋 Description

• Use GAAP to assist clients with M&A-related financial and tax issues.
• Draft EBITDA tables with supporting calculations and net working capital analysis.
• Lead management meetings for due diligence projects.
• Highlight risks and opportunities in gross margins, working capital, or synergies.
• Coordinate and manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop junior team members with coaching and performance feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• You proactively identify challenges and seek effective solutions.
• CPA/CA/MBA in Finance/Accounting; 5-7 yrs exp incl 2 yrs QoE & networking capital.
• You are willing and able to travel as required.
