Manager, Treasury

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end daily cash reconciliations across all global markets and banking relationships
• Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks with Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support as needed
• Maintain and improve reconciliation controls and reporting standards
• Partner with Engineering and Product to automate reconciliation workflows
• Act as treasury SME in technical discussions, translating operational needs into product specs
• Monitor and manage customer cash liquidity positions across Gemini's global bank accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in treasury operations, cash management, or financial operations
• Experience overseeing cash reconciliation in multi-currency, multi-entity environments
• Ability to collaborate with engineering/product to automate processes and define technical requirements
• Strong knowledge of payment rails including FedWire, ACH, SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA, and FPS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or reconciliation platforms
