📋 Description

• Oversee daily liquidity, cash ops, and multi-currency settlement.
• Manage ALM risk across traditional and crypto markets; IRRBB.
• Monitor crypto risk exposures; instruct long/short positions.
• Deliver ALCO proposals; ICARA and ILAAP contributions.
• Lead and develop a treasury team of four.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate treasury or financial institutions.
• Dual-asset fluency: traditional finance and digital assets.
• Regulatory mastery: MiCAR, EMI, and MiFID II.
• Data and systems savvy: TMS, banking APIs, and blockchain analytics.
• Fluency in German and English.
