• Lead and develop a remote Trial Experience team for a SaaS company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent SaaS leadership experience
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams in SaaS
• 3+ years staffing, coaching, and people management
• Strong data analytics, problem solving, and CRM familiarity
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
