Manager, US Client Onboarding, L&G – Asset Management, America

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day onboarding activities for Asset Management clients, managing a team of ~9 FTE.
• Collaborate with Investments, Distribution, Legal, Compliance, and CSO to align onboarding delivery
• Oversee pipeline tracking, prioritization, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor team capacity and workload; adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
• Escalate onboarding issues promptly and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Support hiring, training, and development to foster a high-performing onboarding team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of investment products and onboarding within Asset Management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising teams in Investment Management; onboarding/implementation or client service
• Ability to manage operational processes and drive improvements at a team level.
