Manager, User Growth and Seller Programme

📋 Description

• Develop and roll out seller-facing programmes and policies, translating strategy into guidelines
• Develop seller incentive programmes that drive platform engagement and commercial growth, balancing
• Identify seller pain points through on-ground engagement and qualitative research, translating them
• Work closely across country leads and cross-functional teams to socialise, refine, and land seller
• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of user growth initiatives for GrabMall, ensuring
• Contribute to strategies that convert the existing Grab user base into active GrabMall shoppers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, platform operations, strategy or growth
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to translate analyses to actionable
• Proven ability to build operational policies from scratch, balancing strategic and operational
• Ability to coordinate between various country teams, technical teams, and creative teams.
• Prior exposure to seller/merchant programme management, country or category leadership, or
• Understanding of the SEA landscape (specifically 'Double Day' culture) is a plus.
