Manager, Validation

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the validation function (researchers and analyst)
• Keep validation independent of PMs to ensure honest signals
• Manage speed and resources to avoid bottlenecks
• Set fast, advisory validation standards for an AI-native org
• Maintain the failure library as the primary input for fixes
• Partner with PMs and Strategy to ensure signal informs decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record in product UX research or data analytics
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team across qualitative & quantitative work
• Clear stance on keeping validation independent and credible
• Experience in fast-moving autonomous environments
• Strong written communication with PMs, designers, and engineers
