Manager, Valuation

📋 Description

• Coordinate quarterly and monthly valuation processes for private equity investments in partnership
• Review valuation models in detail to ensure accuracy, integrity, consistency, and alignment with
• Support valuation discussions involving senior leadership and provide technical guidance on complex
• Prepare presentation materials and valuation-related analyses for internal and external meetings.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of valuation policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform portfolio performance analyses, including metrics such as IRR, MOIC, and other ad hoc

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; Master’s degree, MS, or MBA
• 5+ years of experience in valuation, private equity, investment management, financial analysis, or
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and generally accepted valuation approaches.
• Experience working with private equity funds, investment portfolios, or alternative investment
• CFA and/or CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience leading teams, developing talent, and supporting resource planning.
