Manager, Value Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Value Engineers to drive end-to-end customer value journeys.
• Land, expand, adopt, and renew accounts to achieve ACV growth.
• Translate objectives into Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level execs with sales.
• Serve as executive sponsor across the portfolio and drive transformation.
• Host QBRs and EBRs to share results with senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain and transformation programs.
• Industry expertise: understand C-Suite challenges and build Celonis roadmap.
• Product expertise: guide IT through Celonis journey; dashboards/apps/flows.
• Project management: plan and manage scope, timelines; leverage Celonis Ecosystem partners.
• Executive stakeholder management: present results to executives.
• Value selling methodology: discovery, qualification, PoVs, outcomes.
