📋 Description

• Lead a fluids analysis team supporting hardware design and operations across fluid dynamics and
• Define, scope, and schedule analyses to support program milestones and keep fidelity across phases.
• Mentor engineers to ensure systems meet fluid requirements and guide hardware owners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and +7 years of relevant experience in at least
• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams delivering hardware on complex projects.
• Mentoring and technical leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for scientific computing and automated test/simulation data
• Experience performing 1D modeling of compressible/incompressible flow with hand calculations or
• Experience architecting/executing CFD tools/workflows (STAR-CCM+, Fluent, FLOW-3D) to inform
