🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years managing engineers in marketing/brand.
• Owned a high-traffic marketing or brand web surface end-to-end.
• Strong frontend depth: TypeScript, React, modern CSS, headless CMS.
• Built tooling that makes non-engineers faster and safer.
• Shipped under launch pressure with cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable operating at the seam between Design, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Deep interest in AI and Claude integration into build/publish loop.
