📋 Description

• Own the development lifecycle and technical roadmap for the Next.js / Payload CMS marketing website.
• Architect, develop, review, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and CMS
• Establish development standards, CI/CD processes, environment management, documentation, and
• Translate marketing and business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and development
• Own website performance, reliability, accessibility, technical SEO/AIO, security, and overall
• Design and maintain integrations between the website, APIs, CMS, search, CRM/MAP, analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional web development experience, with significant experience using React and
• Professional experience with Next.js strongly preferred, including modern application architecture
• Experience with a modern headless CMS; Payload CMS experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, and modern web
• Experience with Git-based development workflows, code review, CI/CD, deployment environments, and
• Familiarity or willingness to work with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Copilot.
