Manager, Website Experience

📋 Description

• Build and launch A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, navigation, CTAs, forms, page
• Create and optimize user flows to drive conversions
• Lead website content strategy and governance
• Implement and monitor web analytics and measurement frameworks
• Collaborate with growth, brand, and product marketing teams to optimize campaign landing experiences
• Drive continuous experimentation roadmap to improve conversion performance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web development, management, or a comparable role, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Deep hands on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites
• Experience working with Gutenberg and modern WordPress block architecture, ideally including Full
• Experience with GSAP or comparable JavaScript animation libraries is highly valued
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript and PHP, with React experience highly valued
• Strong understanding of responsive development, accessibility, browser compatibility, performance
