📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and subject matter experts while fostering collaboration
• Assign work, establish priorities, manage workloads, monitor performance, and identify staffing or
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with government requirements.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and professional development activities for team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for government stakeholders and lead working groups, status
• Translate government requirements and priorities into execution plans, team assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is desirable.
• 10+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, Federal
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, programs, or organizational initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing personnel, priorities, workloads, deliverables, and competing
