📋 Description

Lead international Workplace Experience operations across EMEA and APAC.
Oversee Dublin HQ and regional offices, vendors, and programs.
Shape and scale Klaviyo’s global workplace strategy with cross-functional teams.
Build scalable programs, improve workflows, and drive operational excellence.
Partner with Employee Experience and Internal Communications on programming.
Lead complex office launches, moves, and space planning across regions.

🎯 Requirements

7–10+ years in workplace experience, facilities, or related ops.
Experienced people leader building high-performing teams.
Systems thinker with strategic and tactical execution.
Proficient in GSuite and Slack; OfficeSpace or Freshworks preferred.
Strong PM/Program mgmt; data-driven decision making.
Experience across multiple offices/regions balancing global/local needs.
