📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of our San Mateo offices
• Develop and implement a hospitality-oriented, data-driven workplace strategy
• Proficient in space planning for Roblox HQ, including satellite offices
• Handle hospitality and service operations for our employees (cafe, coffee bar, events)
• Work hand in hand with Exec Admins and support staff
• Supervise employees and/or subcontractors involved in building/facilities activities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in workplace or corporate facilities
• 7+ years leading teams
• Ability to organize and lead teams in a fast-paced environment under changing priorities
• Proficient in Google Suite and AutoCAD (light) or drafting layouts
• Ability to read design and construction documents, specs, and plans
• Talent for building relationships and providing white-glove service
