Managing Architect (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Act as the primary customer-facing technical contact, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive project results by managing consulting and delivery partners, ensuring alignment across all
• Serve as the deep technical expert to solve complex data problems while defining best practices and
• Provide insight and guidance on how to leverage Omni’s AI features to maximize impact of the
• Manage a portfolio of primarily Enterprise customers, overseeing scoping, resource allocation, and
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate frontline customer feedback into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical consulting / project management, ideally in the data space
• Deep hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode), with a
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences while thriving in
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping through to execution
