Managing Attorney (Workers' Compensation)

📋 Description

• Lead the Workers’ Compensation department and supervise attorneys and staff.
• Work with Managing Partner to develop case strategies and client service.
• Guide complex matters, evaluations, and settlement negotiations.
• Mentor and develop attorneys for high‑quality representation.
• Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
• Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated matters.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active California State Bar in good standing.
• 8–12 years WC experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
