📋 Description

• Direct end-to-end consulting engagements, managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and outcomes
• Design systems for nursing excellence, partnering with clients to complete data analyses, process
• Facilitate clinical training and coaching, delivering interactive, high-impact training programs
• Synthesize advanced healthcare analytics, constructing and leading analytical reviews across payer
• Build high-trust client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact on engagement
• Optimize resource delegation, coordinating internal and client resources effectively using

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of nursing experience with proven success designing clinical systems, processes, and care
• Demonstrated track record in training, coaching, and leading performance improvement initiatives
• Strong technical data analytics skills (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL, SAS) combined with advanced
• Experience in a Magnet®-designated healthcare organization with a focus on professional training
• Management/strategic consulting experience in healthcare environments (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 75%.
