🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare or high-risk industry experience (e.g., aviation, military, nuclear
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex performance improvement projects across healthcare
• Proven experience leading consultant project teams, managing client engagement budgets, and
• Mastery of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Common Cause Analysis, and Fair and Just Culture
• Advanced analytical capabilities using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, SAS, or Access for
• Ability to travel 50–75% (~10 days/month on-site across the US and select international locations).
