📋 Description

Lead APAC legal matters focused on governance and commercial work.
Provide day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams.
Draft/negotiate MSAs, Services/SOWs, SLAs, NDAs.
Advise on Indian employment and labour laws and HR policies.
Develop playbooks and scalable legal processes; cross-border matters.
Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

Fully qualified lawyer admitted to practice in India
6+ years drafting/negotiating commercial agreements
Experience with MSAs, Services/SOWs, SLAs, NDAs
Provide day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of Indian employment and labour laws
Experience advising international teams and cross-border matters
