Managing Counsel - Employment Legal (US)

📋 Description

• Provide strategic employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead complex advisory and contentious matters across the lifecycle.
• Identify legal issues and deliver scalable solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Legal, People, Operations, and Product.
• Shape team knowledge standards and reusable resources.
• Set governance to improve efficiency and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• US-qualified lawyer (mandatory).
• Senior employment counsel with advisory and contentious experience across the lifecycle.
• Experience leading complex internal and external employee matters independently.
• Experience advising across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluent English and tech/HR product familiarity (Notion, Slack, CLM, Google Drive).
• In-house legal experience preferred.
