Managing Counsel, Healthcare Compliance

📋 Description

• Provide timely legal and compliance advice to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient
• Advise on healthcare professional and organization engagements (e.g., consulting, speaker programs
• Counsel on patient support and access programs, interactions with patient organizations, and
• Apply U.S. fraud and abuse, false claims, and promotional rules, as well as relevant industry codes
• Contribute to the next phase of the healthcare professional engagement model, including fair market
• Rebuild the Code of Conduct and policy library, drafting and revising policies and practical

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 10 years of legal and compliance experience, including substantial pharmaceutical or
• Strong command of U.S. healthcare fraud and abuse and promotional rules, with experience applying
• Experience working across jurisdictions and with local counsel.
• Sound judgment, clear writing, and the ability to give a useful answer under time pressure.
• Comfortable influencing people you do not manage and earning trust across different affiliates and
