📋 Description

• Define vision, GTM, and operating model for InvestorFlow’s AI Services.
• Establish service offerings, pricing, and delivery standards.
• Build and lead a high-performance AI consulting team.
• Collaborate with Product to develop IP, accelerators, and methodologies.
• Advise executives on AI trends and client needs in private markets.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements and client outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in progressive consulting, with 4–6 years in senior leadership (Principal/Partner/MD) at top firms.
• Expertise in AI strategy, adoption, and enterprise AI implementation.
• Experience with financial services or investment management clients; private markets exposure preferred.
• Proven commercial track record: revenue origination, proposals, and client expansion.
• History of building or scaling a consulting practice or center of excellence.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
