📋 Description

• Recruit startup applicants and lead due diligence for one cohort of cleantech startups.
• Develop relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate with the Cox Cleantech Residency director to build a Southeast pipeline.
• Plan logistics and execute accelerator programs and related activities.
• Mentor startups and oversee investments during and after the program.
• Build ecosystem partnerships and engage Atlanta climate-tech startups.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit; experience as founder or in venture-backed roles.
• Collaborative, team-based mindset with ecosystem stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent environment with multiple projects.
• Willingness to dive into startup and VC communities.
• Travel up to 25%, plus some nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.
