📋 Description

• Recruit startup applicants and lead due diligence for accelerator cycles.
• Develop relationships with fintech mentors, investors, credit unions and ecosystem partners.
• Plan logistics, engage the network, and execute accelerator programs.
• Act as the lead mentor-coach for cohort participants, including after the program ends.
• Build ecosystem partnerships; serve as the unofficial Startup Mayor of fintech networks.
• Coordinate and collaborate with gener8tor staff, Curql, and external program partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit; experience as founder or in venture-backed company.
• Familiarity with credit unions, community banking, and fintech.
• Strong interpersonal skills; executive presence; ability to command corporate leaders.
• Collaborative, team-based mindset; work with MDs, founders and ecosystem partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent environment and juggle multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%; occasional nights and weekends.
