Managing Director (Focus on Accounting & Office)

📋 Description

• Manage SaaS.group GmbH on-site in Schönefeld, taking full ownership of approvals, contract
• Run and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, document
• Collaborate closely with tax advisors and auditors on VAT filings, annual financial statements, and
• Maintain strict compliance with German corporate-law obligations, including commercial register
• Lead office management and operational setup in Schönefeld, managing incoming mail, vendor/service
• Act as the primary local point of contact for the German tax office (Finanzamt), financial

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., Tax Clerk / Steuerfachangestellte/r, Certified
• Multi-year background in accounting, financial administration, or senior office management.
• Strong proficiency with DATEV (or comparable accounting software) as well as modern digital tools
